Development of brand management for a company in the textile industry


A well known German textile company has entrusted us with the development of a brand management system. Apart from the determination of the roof-sub-brand ratio we developed a segment positioning for each sub-brand seperately. The existing marketing budget was allocated to the individual sub-brands according to the segment profitability.

For a company in the steel industry, we examined the existing trade mark system and tested its usability regarding the implementation of new distribution channels. On the basis of thorough analysis, we revised the trademark system and could thus develop a completely new brand architecture for the company.
